StartGreen is the manager of multiple funds and a shareholder in Invesdor/Oneplanetcrowd, so it may share your data with the funds and/or Invesdor/Oneplanetcrowd or StartGreen may receive data from the funds and/or Invesdor/Oneplanetcrowd. Sharing may be necessary for our services, if, for example, you are an entrepreneur looking for funding or investors wish to invest in a fund. You hereby give your consent to this.

Furthermore, we may have to provide data to comply with legal obligations, for example to regulators or other (government) bodies. You can think of the AFM, the DNB or the tax authorities.
