Job description
During your internship you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with different facets of a fast-growing company. You support an enthusiastic team in a young sector that is shaking the established financial world to its foundations. You know how to translate trends and innovations in the field of sustainable innovation and social enterprise into content marketing ideas. Together with the marketing team, you provide community management and maintain the website. In addition, you help entrepreneurs who are looking for financing sharpen their pitch under supervision and you advise them on the approach of their crowdfunding campaign.

Profile
You are a go-getter with commercial insight and a strong interest in sustainable innovation. You have a passion for writing and you enjoy looking for current, appropriate topics. You are solution-oriented, you like variety and you feel at home in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment where your independence is often called upon. This gives you the space to initiate and implement (sub)projects yourself, where you can count on the necessary support from the team. For example, a project could be developing an information package for entrepreneurs. You dare to pick up the phone and approach entrepreneurs.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• You follow a higher professional education/university education in Communication/Marketing, Business/Economics, Entrepreneurship, or another relevant field of study.
• You have commercial insight and you have strong communication skills.
• You like to be aware of the latest trends & innovations in the field of sustainability and (social) entrepreneurship.
• You are available for at least 5 months.
• You understand how an organization uses social media.

You have an advantage if you:

• have experience with writing texts or creating images (with Photoshop, for example), or if you:
• have experience with online marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Mailchimp).

What do we offer you?
We immediately offer you a challenging internship for at least 5 months in an informal, fast-growing and innovative organization. There is a lot of room for own initiative, but we also provide sufficient guidance. We offer an attractive internship fee of €650, based on full-time availability. Travel costs will be reimbursed in consultation. We work in a small and close-knit team, together with our colleagues from StartGreen Capital at a beautiful central location in Amsterdam: the SDG House in the Tropeninstituut, directly on the Oosterpark.
